What is EQ-i and why is it important?

EQ-i stands for Emotional Quotient Inventory. The EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 are developed from research  and assessment tests in the arena of Emotional Intelligence.

Businesses and individuals leading those businesses are gaining awarenessthat success depends less on pure intelligence, and increasing in this highly wired and complex business world on personal dimensions such as emotional resilience and adaptability. To put it in simple terms, no one is going to realise how smart we are, if we turn others off with abrasive behavior, lack of self awareness or emotional regulation, and show signs of caving in at the slightest trigger of stress.

How can EQ-i and EQ360 enable better personal and team performance?

The EQ-i 2.0 is a self rated questionaire which is administered and interpreted by a trained professional.

The report itself has multiple uses, and be used in team development settings, selections and career development, leadership coaching and talent management. Assessment opens the door to awareness and control, but that is not the end of the equation.
